Day Wise Plan

  • We will leave from Delhi around 6 pm in a luxury tempo traveler/Volvo Bus/Car.
  • Refreshments like water bottles and eatables will be provided at the start of the journey.
  • Our first major stop will be for dinner.
  • Intro-session, Antakshri and Dumb charades during the journey.

  • We will wish each other “Subahh Hogyii Yaar! Ab To Sojao xD, Kitni Der Mein Pahuchenge “ instead of Good morning.
  • Check-in to our homestay/hotel/camps and enjoy the view, Later leave for a small jungle trail to Jibhi waterfall, Mini Thailand and cafes.
  • Return back to the hotel in the evening and enjoy dance night.

  • Good morning Peeps! It’s Raghupur Fort day trek.
  • Have Breakfast and leave for Jalori Pass(the starting destination of the trek )
  • “Jai Mata di ka Jaikara” and let's begin our trek.
  • It’s a 4 Km trek and “Kasam se kaafi sundar hai”. It will take around 2 hours
  • Have an amazing time at Raghupur Fort and then trek back to Jalori Pass.
  • Lots of games, dinner, and overnight stay in cute homestays/hotel .

  • Breakfast in the hotel
  • Post breakfast, we will leave for Kasol
  • After that, we will leave for Manikaran and take a dip in the hot water spring. WOW
  • We will have BONFIRE NIGHT and since it’s the last night no one is allowed to sleep. Okay, a little sleep will be fine.
  • Dinner will be served.

  • Open your eyes with beautiful mountains in front, relax your body, and have your complimentary Breakfast early in the morning to avoid chaos.
  • We will go for a trek to Chalal.
  • Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the valley.
  • We will leave Kasol around 6 pm

  • We'll reach Delhi the next morning.

Notes

  • The age limit of our group departures is 16 to 34 years due to the power-packed itineraries that we provide to our travelers. We can customize trips for travelers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
  • Early check-in at stay is subject to availability.
  • Extra Mattresses will be provided for triple-sharing and quad-sharing.
  • Travellers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 2 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, on the trip end date, book returning flights/trains leaving post 5 PM.
  • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, participants' physical ability, etc. may cause itinerary changes. We reserve the right to change any schedule for safety, comfort and general well-being.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15–30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 0–15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. The operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
  • The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
  • No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
  • Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
  • The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
  • Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
  • Book Of Trips shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
  • We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
  • Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
